****arney branch not taking calls

I am trying to book at Standard Bank ****arney to get my fingerprints taken for my ID and passport. The DHA website is not allowing bookings to be made. I have googled the ****arney branch phone numbers and nobody answers. I have phoned the central bank call centre three times and asked to be put through to ****arney - they tell me nobody is answering. The one employee took my phone number and promised to get someone from ****arney to phone me. I have heard nothing. I can't blame the bank for DHA problems, but surely someone should answer the phone?
