Kept on being transferred (Impossible)
I'm trying to do one simple thing and that is to cancel my CR Protection Policy. You have to wait like 10 - 15min on the line before being helped. Someone eventually picked up and I was transferred to 3 different people or departments. I just said its fine its a waste of time because I was going to be transferred to the 4th person.
