Keep your business far away from Standard Bank!!!

This has got to be the worst bank by far. Standard bank is completely useless. I have app**** online for a business overdraft which was extremely urgent, I have had my business with standard bank from 2016. The process that was on my profile was to instantly be able to get an overdraft. After me making numerous calls to the business line and to our allocated business banker to which my calls were not been taken, I was always told she’s on another line. She doesn’t call me back!!! On the numerous emails and messages telephonically to call me back, she ended up calling me back once just to say that my application is declined due to a credit check that has failed. I had advised that is impossible and something is wrong who can I speak to correct that, she couldn’t answer me. I called the credit department to check my status and all was cleared. So I want to know where the hell is Standard Bank getting this false information from? My business had to take the strain because of a bank that can’t carry out its responsibilities, I am paying for this horrible service. I am in the process of moving to a much more reputable bank. To which all credit checks have been in order!!!!!!!
