Keep passing the buck

I have made a transaction for airtime via mobile banking to my mobile number, and have accidently pressed one incorrect digit. I only realised this when the money was transferred, yet I received no airtime. I immediately contacted Standard Bank via email who informed me via email this morning that I have to contact the mobile provider. This I did, and they told me the airtime cannot be transferred back to me. They told me the number I have transferred R150,00 of airtime to is active, but has not been in use for a while. I then again contacted Standard Bank, who told me that it is not possible to transfer the money back to me and that the mobile provider should do so. I understand that I pressed one incorrect digit, but that is human error. Although R150,.00 may not seem like a lot to some, it is to me who is dependent on this amount for the whole month to conduct business with. I have full details of this transaction, yet it doesn't mean a thing.
