Just wanting correct assistance

I had the unfortunate events of losing my job, vehicles, most of my furniture and now sadly had to sell my house through Standard Banks, Easysell program. House got sold, Standard bank hammered me with interest on the house. Have no issue with staff from Easysell, and had great service from Darion. Here is my issue. I sent a letter to Darion, explaining my situation and requested if Standard Bank can make a humanly gesture and give discount on the interest accumulated over my financial instability period. I sent the mail to Darion, Darion guided me to home loans, home loans guided me back to easy sell, Easysell guided me to collections, collections guided me ADRS attorneys, ADRS attorneys guided me back to collections, who after i told the i have already spoken with Easysell, again transferred me to easy sell. Darion, again wanting to help, gave an email address of ***, after i sent them the letter and explaining in the email of all the departments i have contacted with no help, she replies with a mail stating she has forwarded it to Easysell. SO i would please ask Standard Bank, if Homeloans,attorneys,collections,easysell and personal banking cannot assist me with the settlement of my home loan and interest, who can i contact to assist me?
