JUST SEND ME MY PAID UP LETTER PLEASE!!!!
This is the 3rd time in one month that I'm requesting for a paid up letter. What will it take for my request to be responded to? HONESTLY, THIS IS DISGUSTING. All they do is send automated responses that my query will be attended to, but it never does. No customer deserves such treatment. I'M NOT ASKING FOR MONEY, I NEED A LETTER STATING THAT I HAVE SETTLED MY DEBT WITH YOU. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? STANDARD BANK IS PATHETIC.
