Just not getting feedback

Had a personal acc with Standard Bank(***)but in 2009 I had to go under debt counselling-Feb 2012 I went out from debt counselling and received my 17.4.After several attempts to get my status updated with Standard bank and numerous mails(with no reply)I started making payments via EFT to my account.Mid 2013 a company by the name Nimble Group contacted me-informing me that Std Bank has handed me over for bad dept(even though I'm making my monthly payments)I made a arrangement that I will pay R360 per month but I made payment each month of R500.In Oct 2014 a very rude lady from ANOTHER attorney company phoned me-demanding me to make payments on this account or els I'll be blacklisted-I was shocked as I'm making payments EACH month and had an arrangement with Nimble Group and also by her rudeness.I contacted Nimble Group and was informed that my account was recalled by Std Bank and that I should contact them to make arrangements.Phoning Std Bank, I was informed that there shows an arrangement of R360 payment each month on the account and that I'm still outstanding R1118 and it's bad debt.STD Bank never contacted me-I requested statements but received nothing-never from 2009.
