Just my luck (Nonhlanhla)

Oh my word, this was top class service.

First time homebuyer, no clue on the processes and all. I was threatened by the conveyance attorneys assisting with a property I wanted to buy.

I called Standard bank as they had approved the home loan wanting to cancel the deal due to bullies. My call was taken by a lady named Nonhlanhla (I forgot her surname-Mathebe,Masibe-apologies) in the banks home loans department. I laid out the whole story to Nonhlanhla, emotional and desperate to cancel this thing- she listened with no judgement. She was on point- she was a breath away from telling me to "chill"- she laid out how it should be and how I should proceed with the matter.

After getting a way forward from her, I contacted the attorneys dealing with the bank. Needless to say that, how Nonhlanhla said it should be,was the way it was.

Nonhlanhla I am grateful for you and your knowledge. How you dealt with the emotional me was incredible, thank you. You were really professional and that blew me away. I can never say thank you enough, this was mind blowing service hey. Thank you very much, we really need more professional people like yourself, Standard bank is blessed to have you on their team.
