Just like any politicians promises.
I have tried many times to make use of the service that Standard bank makes, and that is to buy electricity on line. Every time the same error occurs : NOT AVAILABLE AT PRESENT - TRY LATER. Why do they offer a service which they cannot fulfill? Alternatively, communicate with your customers to help in their needs.
