Just do what they want

I was waiting for money to be transferred so there was money in my account so i with draw the money now my account is in a minus so my salary was payed in my account so the account is updatded and now they deducted 2 time honouring fee dont know what that is but thats not my problem i wonder if that is legal to do to just deduct money from my account i hope you can do something about the problem you caused.i emailed them they got back to me and ask for my bank account number i give it to them and still no response
