Just bad service
Good day
I recieved a home loan from your bank, as well as a subsidy from the government to the tune of 78k. Now the lawyers fees must be paid from that an the rest must be put on the actual bond to lesser my monthly payments. None of this was done, an now your bank is asking for the full payments of the bond. I'm trying for the last 2 weeks to get this sorted, but to no avail. Nobody cares about this situation an just keep sending me sms to pay full amount. First time client an not very impressed by the professionalism of the people that work for you.

It seems nobody wants to resolve this matter, an it's been more than a month. But I will have all my paperwork an mails sent to your company on hand for when you will try an blame it on me. Your customer service is non existent
