junk service

<p>i went to go change an account and there systems were down so they told me they will open the account for me solong then the one i went to go close they said they will close it when the other one is active so i continued using the one i went to open now when i went in for something else regarding my account they told me that my account is still active and i was supposed to come and close it and the amount i owe them its R300-400 because the account is active even though im not using it but my question is why didnt they close it if they see on there systems that im using another new accont from them and im nolonger using this one they say im owing money for? why didnt they close it? and its not the first time standard bank does something like this in my account lastyear they said i owe the bank R1950 my account was in a minus if how did that happen i dont know but my money was debited by standard bank im sick of this bank really the bank are ****** !!</p>
