June to October waiting for help and my money, Standard Bank does not care.

Be careful of Standard bank. You will wait and wait, and nobody seem to care. They are quick to respond on Hello Peter, but don't resolve your case? I mean, its 1 October. Since June? It doea not make sense. I want my money back from Standard Bank - Its 1 October, i have been waiting since June. Then on the 07th of Sept, I posted on Hello Peter again and Benedict Mosegedi responded, "Your matter was escalated accordingly. We will revert to you as soon as possible. ". Then for some funny reason, for the first time, transactional ***** email that I was always emailing with no response, responded to ask me to send CASE no and affidavit. I have spoken to so many people (including Mthembu Nokulunga N, Singh Denise DJ, Nkululeko Sithole, Salojee Isamail I; and Tiflin Natascha and Mirriam Thubela were ccd) and no accountability or clear feedback. The last email from Nokulunga said, "Please note that I have referred this matter to my team leader Mirriam who has sent you an email." I responded that Merriam never sent me an email. No one said anything, including that Meriam who was ccd. I am being sent from pillar to post. Maybe i must just escalate with lawyers because clearly, people within Standard Bank don't care, and June wasn't yesterday.

Since then, quietness again. To date, I am still waiting. If clients are key to Standard Bank and there is truth and honesty in this matter, why hasn't Standard Bank listened to the recording because we are always that calls are recorded? Are they only recorded when it suits the bank? Where are the people for the 2 emails I provided? Why is everyone quiet again for more than 10 days? I have provided all the information. I want my money. I need my money, NOW!

I have been waiting for a response from Standard Bank since end of June. There was ***** that happened in my account. The day after an inter account transfer, I called Standard Bank and they told me that because it is a Standard bank to Standard bank account, they have frozen the other account and I will get my money back. This call happened sometime between 1h00 and 14h30 on Friday, 29 June 2018. The person said that for me to get my money back, I need to get a police case number and send it to transactional ***** email . I did so, even forwarded supporting documents. This email was sent on the 30th of June.

There was no response. I tried emailing and calling without help for a long time. One day, a gentlemen answered and said he will help me. He asked me to forward the email to him and give him time to sort this out. I did so. The first email I sent to him was on 04 July. The gentleman's name is Ismael Salomee. Since that day, he never called, no one called. I sent emails, and I called, to no help.

I went to Twitter and expressed my unhappiness and Standard bank's terrible service. Someone responded. They wanted me to start from scratch explaining. They then asked me to send them an email as they are oline team. I have done that. To date, no one has even given me a courtesy call to explain or say sorry or anything. I am still waiting, more than 2 months later.

I have been asking myself if this is how ***** is hidden. If there is nothing to hide, why is everyone quiet? Hoping that I will keep quiet too? All I want is my money back, as I was promised. Standard bank should do the right thing and give me my money. They said it is easy because it is between 2 Standard bank accounts. They must honor their word. They must also check who created the *****ing account, which transactions happened there and get to the bottom of everything. The 2 email addresses I provided have the details. Even Twitter, they have some details. I do not want stories, just my money and explanation on that ******** account.
