JUMPING SHIP

<p>Today i went to the standard bank in phalaborwa after standing in a Q for hours while the tellers went in and out and the computers kept going offline like a billion times, when i finally got to the teller to make an enquiry the lady DIKELEDI MALATJIE was sooo rude and cheeky and slow i had to leave unassisted i dont usually go inside the bank to perform transaction because of the slow serivce i use internet banking but in a case where i need a simple stamp from my bank and have to wait in line for hours and b verbally abused by tellers is unacceptable im seriously considering switching banks to one that has better customer services</p>
