Julie Reddy refuses to serve a client

While seeking assistance at the branch Julie Reddy a service consultant while having a chit chat with a colleague refused to help me because her branch does not work that way. Customer had to wait in long queues while they catch up on chit chat refusing to help clients. She was rude and unprofessional and has no business working with clients.
