Judgement application

<p>I'm in debt review and for some reason my standard bank loan was not paid for 3 months. I got an email from MacRoberts attorneys stating that my account was handed over to them and I should pay +-R33000 within 7days if not judgment Will be placed against my name. My problem is: I'm under debt review for a reason (overindebted) and I promised to pay R2500 until my property is sold and I'll be able to put lump sum to reduce the balance. They did not want to hear it and they said they'll continue with the judgment. Now I'm pleading with you to stop this judgment against my name as I'm not disputing or don't want to pay and I'll be paying the account myself. By putting judgment against my name will be destroying me not helping. I hope my request will be taken into consideration. You always say you'll be there for your clients, so here is your chance to show you practice what you preach.</p>
