Judge, Jury and Executioner

Since 2020 December I am under debt review. I had some problems with Standard Bank ever since. On the 21 October 2021 a new and final court order was granted. Standard Bank had numerous lawyers, debt collectors etc. on my case. They hunt me like a pack of wolves the latest is a person called Pam from Daly Credit Corporation ,who is harassing me, by means of threatening me with emails ,massages and phone calls. It is suggested by them that if I do not pay the full outstanding balance immediately they will have magisterial enquiry into reason for non-payment. They have been instructed by Standard Bank to take such actions.

Although there is a court order granted in this matter, Standard Bank do not adhere to this said court order, they are above the law. I am a customer of Standard Bank ,I pay each month a certain amount and I do get proof of payment from a company called IPA Administration System , and I do receive emails from Standard Bank to confirm payments is being received , so I do not understand why Standard Bank is threatening me via their debt collectors and lawyers? To name a few : Daly Credit Corporation , Mac******ts Attorneys , Brodkin Attorneys and many more.

I came to the conclusion that Standard Bank is doing this to add more cost to my account. I want a reply from the person in charge of debt reviews in writing (I am hard hearing) explaining to me the total cost off all these lawyers and debt collectors which was added to my account, and which part of the Court Order they do not understand, so that I can explain that to them.
