Hi,
I am leaving a complain against Standard Trust.
Due to My grandfather's estate.
Standard bank's employee Mr Makhoza Nkosinathi is handeling the estate.
The estate is already 3 years in process and according to my dad heading to the finishing point.
The past 2 weeks my dad is leaving messages , emails and multiple phone calls with no success.
Friday the 13 my dad layd a complain with standard trust.
Mr Nkosinathi did phone my dad and told him that he is scheduled for meetings but will get back to my dad that afternoon , that never happened.
He also never phoned my dad on monday.
Tuesday my dad phoned with no success.
Wednesday Mr Nkosinathi mailed my dad and asked when my dad is available to discuss the estate my dad's response was 12:00 o'clock the same day in his lunch time.
Mr Nkosinathi never bothered to phone my dad.
Thursday went by no telephone call or email from mr Nkosinathi.
Today is friday no response from Mr Nkosinathi.
The outcome of this estate is very important to my dad reason why is my dad and his brother are looking 100% after my grandmother as they still waiting for the money in the estate to pay out so that she can live on.
The period sorting out a estate through a laywer takes between 6 - 9 months all that we need is the settling of the estate.
