It's there, but it's not there

Last week I had issues with service at the bank in Beacon Bay and went to Vincent branch. I won't go into detail about incorrect information given to me at the branch, but want to comment on service this morning. My card was ordered and I received an sms yesterday that it was at the Vincent branch for collection. I've been ill for a week and got out of bed especially to go and collect my card, only to be told that it is not there yet. Standard Bank outdoes itself.
