It's a risk to stand outside the bank for too long with a lot of cash on you

I'm writing this as I stand on a queue outside standard bank Atteridgeville having a large amount of cash with no one attending as. when I go inside to ask for assistance Ms Mamauba rudely answered saying I don't know what I'm talking about. My question was simple do we hv to stend on a queue for this long not a single person asking us what are we here for? because iv notice that the was no queue at the tallers inside. I mean we go to the bank for different reasons
