its a lie about business banker

I have opened my business account with standard bank Mall of Africa branch since 2016 and took the park edge which i am paying R255.00 monthly services fee, but to my surprise i have never seen my so called business banker. or received a call , email etc. i tried to make bookings but no help other than endless promises of calling back. i tried book the banker through other brunches but still no joy as the also wrote emails but no response from the so called business bank. my company name is called Powermed pty ltd , we have suffered countless damage from the bank and lost same of our clients and money due to bank poor service and system .They playing around with our money and refund at a later stage . i just want to alert those who wish to join and also those who are being charged service fee and get no service to stand against the bank taking advantage of innocent clients . They is no business support or divisive that you get from what the call business banker as i thought when i agreed the bank to charge me high services charge .we crying loud now its more than 4 months trying to get clarity about bank charges posted and revised by the bank as they wish without any communication . how many innocent client who have surfed unknowingly .
