ITC- STD BANK

Last Year my Checque Account was handed over to Standard Bank Lawyers - Which I paid in full . On the last payment of R42. odd cents they advised me that i can pay the outstanding amount @ the nearest Branch - Which i went to & standard bank advised me my accont paid in full & Std bank needs to remove me from ITC . They advised me was 7-14 working days which i though would be done . but only recently i discovered I'm still on ITC. When i called to finds out they advised me that i still owe 42. odd cents .

When i went through to Standard bank October Last Year I closed all my accounts because there was no outstanding amount. I have my Confirmation Letter from Standard bank that my account paid up . Please can this be rectified & can i be removed from ITC as soon as possible
