ITC record not removed from home loan

Good day <br> <br> I would like to complain about Standard banks lack of service.....firstly because they told us we were behind with our payments and that they will adjust our premium accordingly....which they never did but promptly put the arrear amount onto Itc...we paid the arrear amount and now they still haven't removed the listing which now reflects bad on our credit rating.<br> We would like to have known that they are quick to list people but not quick to remove people...bad way of treating their customers.
