ITC on paid off credit card

<p>Last year around this time I found out I was listed by STD bank for a credit card, wrote to them and got a response that they have cleared my name and sent a letter to me. Fast forward to 2017 same thing happened. *** I have paid off ur credit card however my name is still on experian. I want an apology and for STD bank to ensure that my name is off all ITC reporting sites with immediate effect. It took u 14 working days to sort this out last year. I want my name cleared within 24hrs. Your service sucks. My name is Queen Nkopane I'm sure you would find me on your system</p>
