ITC not updated of PAID UP CREDIT CARD

So, I paid up the credit card I had with STD on 6 March 2018. I received a paid up letter from them on 05 April 2018. 11 April 2018, I drew a credit report and noticed that STD had not updated the credit bureaux.

I requested another report mid July, 3 months later, still no update to credit bureaux. In August I called Std bank requesting them to update the bureaux , they asked me to email the credit report and the PAID UP LETTER they had sent me to **********

I asked for a telephone number so that I could follow up and was told that that *creditbureaux.cdm* department does not get calls. I suspect that right there is the 1st ***** sign that STD bank does not give a damn about it's customers. How do they make themselves unreachable to their clients. Also, judging by the number of complaints about them not updating client details at credit bureaux, it is abundantly clear that not a single gram of **** is given by them about the damage they are doing to people's lives.
