ITC NOT CLEARED AS PROMISED!!!

I had a personal loan at Standard bank.Earlier in 2014 I was contacted by a Standard bank consultant Who informed me that I should pay R280 to settle the account so that the account can be closed. I went immediately to Standard bank branch to pay the account in full. That was the last time I heard anything from standard bank. I 2015 I tried to apply for a loan wich was declined and the lady told us that the account for standard bank is still outstanding, right away we started to call standard bank to pay the account and we were told the account has been handed over we tried for three months to get hold of the lawyers (Lynn & Mein) who bought the account from standard bank, we eventually got hold of them and settled the account in full within the same day we received the account details. This happened on the 31st of August 2015The lady sent me a settlement letter and said that within two weeks the name will be cleared on ITC. We are in December and I tried to apply for vehicle finance and again I was declined due to Standard bank. And I was told that the clearance will happwn in 19 Day, Why should we wait again if we did our side of the agreement? This is really pathetic!!!!
