ITC listing for paid up garage and credit card

My husband and I requested settlement amounts on his garage card ***918705) and my credit card ***023719) on 28/06/2012. Payment was made and we received confirmation letters that our accounts was paid up on 09/07/2012.<br> The settlement discounts however reflects on our credit profiles at the bureaus as still outstanding and when we apply for credit it shows negatively on our credit reports.
