ITC DISPUTE ON ITC

I settled a loan with standard bank and to my surprise a dispute was logged against my name. Tranuion finally resolved the natter and issued me with a letter and updated credit profile however other bureaus can still pick up the Itc dispute and stated that standard bank had sent them another letter in June stating that the account was still not settled. This is incoviencing me. Elvis a team leader from complaints resolutions has not yet got back to me till this hour. I want a letter from standard bank stating that the matter was resolved and and proof that they have advised the other bureaus to immediately update. Nkululeko Sithole did not complete the matter and I am still waiting for a call from Elvis's manager Helga Odd
