It's a circus show here

It's hard to try find a polite way to write this complaint without swearing. The branch has no reception, well no one is there to be found. There are no people on the floor to assist customers. I Just set next to an elderly man who has been here for hours he been here since before the bank opened and still found no justice in being helped. Up your tempo guys. The attitude by the staff one cannot say this is the Blue Bank which people should be proud to bank with. No no no change needs to happen
