It really does take 1hour 30 minutes to open an account with Standard Bank.

I was so excited to open my new account with standard bank, but I regret if this will be the service I will receive in future. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes at the service desk just to open an account (mind you not in the que but at the counter itself, the printer wouldn't work, systems slow and not working, authorisations taking long, etc etc. I'm hoping this wont happen in future.
