HUGE thanks to Nkululeko N Sithole (Consultant Hellopeter) and the online IT support team for all their work in resolving my call.

I needed my OTP delivery method changed from SMS to Email and being in Amsterdam proved to be quite the hurdle (security wise), I commend the team for following procedure to make sure I am who I say I am, I commend them (especially Nkululeko )for remaining super professional and following up with me when they say they would...and I especially commend them for continuously trying all possible solutions when the system was playing up ( 56 emails back and forth!!).
