It is clear to me that Standard Bank has hit rock bottom - ready to terminate my relationship

It is clear to me that Standard Bank has gone to the dustbin - as far as I am concerned they now compete at a lower level than your Capitec Bank even for Private Banking clients. First of all, recently the drove the entire Sandton looking for a branch and ended up giving up. Since the banker and I met for introductions I have never heard from her, so naturally I have forgotten her name - so I called in to the normal “Private Banking” and held on for more than 10 minutes and eventually gave up. I believe our time together has come to an end Standard - you can get someone to contact me to cancel my account with you. The customer service is non existent.
