It happened that I bought sneakers from someone on tik tok then paid using capitec to standard bank as the lady is using standard bank, then I waited for almost 2 and half month without delivery and trying to contact the lady until I logged a case with capitec because they couldn't reverse the money. Now the lady contacted me after being redflagged and agreed to refund me but now I have to send affidavit to close the case of which I did and capitec confirmed time of receiving and sending to standard bank but now the issue stands with standard bank to release the account so that the lady can refund me,standard bank said no email received but later said account will be released within 48hours, nothing happened then they said 3to5 working days still nothing and after that they said 60days ,as the lady keeps on putting me on the other line while she is on the line with standard bank,so why don't standard bank release the account because I sent affidavit to close the case
