IT DEPT SLEEPING OR NOT INTERESTED IN WORKING

I had numerous accounts with std since I was a child until I had 3 kids. Today I am requesting a bank statement, I am told my account cannot be found , I gave them proof of my business account that I used but still was told that the IT cannot find my account. I then visited festival mall branch & was assisted by a lady named Mercious. She could only find Jan & Feb statement of the year I was requesting. Now if a person at a branch can be able to trace that acc & IT still comes back & say they can’t find it , why does std have IT department because clearly they don’t know what they are doing or they are just lazy to work . Mercious said she will resend to IT & advise them where /how to look for it , I mean really IT !!! IT !!! To date I am still waiting for my statements . It’s been long . Someone wake up
