It can't be - Standard Bank!
I opened a Puresave account and raised a debit order for my internet services at home, for the past 5 months I have received a notification that the debit order has been returned with answer "no reason" and on each occasion sufficient funds have been available. I have had to settle my account manually every month with a penalty fee of R50.
Today I find out that the reason for the failed debit orders is that a Puresave cannot have debit orders raised to it? Well thank you very much Standard Bank for merely returning the debit order and not having the courtesy or decency to notify me or the service provider, besides putting me out of pocket of R250 my services are about to be terminated! Should that happen it will have a direct impact on our small business we are running from home.
I really wish that "It can be" at Standard Bank...... unfortunately with my personal experiences over the past 4 or 5 years I am afraid that "It cannot be"......
