iStore card delivered in blocked state - still worthless

<p>I recently app**** for a iStore card so I could upgrade my iPhone yearly. Was about 3 weeks back. Got my card but couldn't make purchase. Msg: Do not honour. Phoned in and was told my card was blocked as they need a signed lease agreement by both me and the landlord. One I supp**** was only signed by myself. As instructed I went into the branch with this document and the lady Fica'd me. Still unable to buy. This morning when I phoned in I was told nothing is outstanding from my side. Still can't purchase. Why send me a blocked card in the first place. Must I just cut the card up as SBSA is unwilling too help?</p>
