Issue still not Sorted!!!!!

I've had a loan with Standard bank which I settled early this year.<br> During Feb I pulled a Transunion credit report, and it showed that this account is not paid (By then I've already settled this account) and handed over to legal.<br> Due to the fact that I did not get any joy from the bank I reported Standard Bank on Hallo Peter back then.<br> A Lady by the name of Helga Auld came back to me and requested the settlement letter, which I've send to her ,not long thereafter she confirmed with me that the account is paid and my details updated with the credit bureaux.<br> Now I need to buy a vehicle, and the bank do not want to help me, as according to them this account is still open and with legal. I contacted Transunion and they confirmed that this account is closed according to them.<br> From this it is clear that the credit bureaux is updated, but Standard banks own records is not!!!!!<br> I find this truly ridiculous that I have to be penalised because standard bank is not doing their work properly!!!!<br> Please can you urgently update all the records with the bank, and send me confirmation that this has been done.<br> This is now my second hello peter complaint about the same Issue!!!!!!
