issue still not resolved
I have been fighting with homeloans since 22 Nov to get a letter stating that I only have 1 bond not 2 as credit bureau is reflecting due to an error on standard bank side. Was told letter was due today 6 Dec, not they say they cannot write a letter at all. This matter has been escalated on a daily basis and still nobody does anything.
