Issue is not sorted as promised

Good Day,<br> On 29/12/2015 I sent mail to [Email Removed] The case is related to Steyn Lyell & Marais attorneys. I received reference ***. I was promised that the query will be resolved by 05/01/2016. Later I was assisted by Audrey Sebuelo from Complaints Resolution Centre. On 20/01/2016 I received the mail from Audrey that the attorneys must send me the statement. After that no communication from Audrey or your attorneys. I sent 4 follow up emails. Audrey just doesn't respond to my emails. I have no contact details of your attorneys. Can please this matter be finally sorted?<br> Thank you.
