IS YOUR BANK THERE FOR YOU WHEN IT MATTERS..... STANDARD BANK IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT

No assistance from standard bank!!

I have always been a proud standard bank brand ambassador, but its sad to say that the trust iv had in my bank has been taken for granted..... I have called numerous times, waited for hours for them to pick up, and when they do, they cannot assist in any way. I have had the call dropped on me, I have spoke to agents that where extremely rude to me, I have asked to speak to a team leader/manager multiple times but I was told I can't. It has become a nightmare to deal with standard bank....
