Is Standard Bank trying to ***** my house?

I recently moved to Europe to work for an indefinite period. I consolidated all my accounts into one bank account and moved all debit orders. I went into the Standard Bank Worcester branch to move my debit order from Absa to Nedbank. I have a home loan with Standard Bank. I was told everything was in order. I subsequently left SA and now, a month later, the debit order has still not been taken from my account. I e-mailed the home loans dept requesting an update and was told I needed stamped proof of my Nedbank account. Very difficult when I'm in Estonia. I then requested that Standard Bank simply send me my home loan account nr (which is with my documents in storage in South Africa) so that I can pay my home loan manually via EFT, as a debit order change seems beyond them. I have dealt with Andries Potgieter, Susan Botha and Ronaysha Naidoo at the home loans dept and thus far, despite me absolutely begging them to simply give me my account nr, they have refused to do so. Is this a ploy to make me default on my home loan? Why would you refuse to supply me with a nr that would enable me to pay you? I am trying my best to pay my home loan but Standard Bank is making it impossible to d
