Is Standard Bank Trust *****ing from estates?
Why does it take Standard Bank Trust 3 years to wind up an estate? On enquiry countless times, I was told that the matter was closed, yet none of the will stipulations had been carried out. Kept being referred to the estate executor who doesn't answer her phone nor respond or acknowledge emails. Three estate officers later and having to resubmit all the forms initially submitted in 2020, still no joy!! Of course, if the estate is supposedly finalised, Standard Bank Trust, has already taken their executors fee and still earns interest on someone else's resources. My mother was a loyal customer for years, had her finances in order and trusted those whose job it is to carry outr her wishes and spare us from having to tread the unknown.... she would be disgusted at the (dis)service rendered and disappointed that we have to battle to get her wishes fulfilled
