Is it a **** or what upgrading of Std bank credit?

Im a loyal client of Standard Bank, about two to three weeks ago i received a call from a private number to be a consultant for Standard bank about an upgrade from my gold to titanium credit card, and i was even told they will post it. Out of curiosity i went to a Standard bank branch to find out where is the card, and they told me they don't know anything about it as it is not on the system. On Tuesday i received a call from UTI courier company asking for my address for the delivery of which i gave them, today i am again receiving a call from the very same courier company asking me to confirm my details so that they could deliver of which i refused to give them. Now standard bank please tell me whats happening is there on no card i dont want people **********ly opening accounts on my behalf.
