Is ***** okay?

We bought a "new" vehicle from a Local dealership through Standard Bank financing. We informed Standard Bank about this dealer that sells used vehicles but draughts a contract with standard bank for a new vehicle that they are selling a vehicle as a new vehicle but turns out that it was in fact a used vehicle. On the financing agreement they indicated a "2017 Ford Ranger 2.2 TDCI XL A/T P/U D" vehicle but after running the VIN number we found that it's actually a 2016 model, thus breach of contract. Below is the response from a complaints resolution centre agent who were more concerned about the repayment of the financed amount that the matter of ***** that we reported. we rep**** to his mail stating that the complaint were anything but repaying the debt (I have been with Standard Bank my whole life - 20 years thus far - with a perfect credit score) the consultant who responded to my complaint just assumed that I was not going to pay my debt was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. See below my response to the mail they sent and after that we didn't receive any feedback regarding the real matter at hand, that they are right in the middle of a ********** transaction.

"Good day , There is no issue in paying back the financed amount. That was not the issue in my initial complaint. The fact of the matter is that they financed a (NEW) 2017 vehicle but supp**** a (USED) 2016. So they actually committed ***** with your header on the contract. And SBSA ended up paying for something smaller and worth less than what was agreed. I would've thought that you would intervene because as a registered credit provider your "dealers" are actually dragging your reputation through the dirt with their gross dishonesty. It is very insulting that you assume I do not want to pay the debt. I didn't once insinuate that. We would really expect to be treated with a little more respect after being a client with SBSA for 20 years. The complaint was merely to bring a ********** transaction, which you are involved in, under your attention. Regards"
