IS ANY BODY DOING THERE JOB ????

<p>I recently paid up my credit card and received a settlement discount from standard bank. I even received a letter stating that my account is now settled. Only to find out they handed me over for the settlement amount to be collected. After phoning twice and speaking to the legal department I was assured that this matter was now withdrawn from MBD Attorneys. However I have yet again received a call and sms from MBD Attorneys that I owed Standard Bank money! To top this all off the amount still reflects on my ITC. So please tell me who the hell is not doing there job. I am fed up dealing with this matter and truly hope that someone takes responsiblity. I will never ever make use of Standard Bank again and please take note that I will give word to anyone wanting to make use of you!</p>
