Irate client

i called on the 15th of Jan and i was promised a call back, till today no one has called me back. i called again now and Ndiwuwo told me she can not assist someone will call me back. i went to meyerton branch and they also refused to assist.

at this rate my policies are going to lapse due to your poor service.

i have 4 debits with standard bank yet the other 2 successfully debit, i need to know why the other 2 are not debited as there is money in my account on our agreed debit date,
