I want to give a massive shoutout to the team at Standard Bank for the incredible service this morning. I have been experiencing an issue with the Forex transaction, but today everything was handled quickly and professionally. A helpful Lady contacted the Forex Team directly on my behalf, and made sure I received the required BoP form immediately . Thanks to her prompt intervention, I submitted the form and my funds have been processed successfully. Lady, Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a seamless experience.
