INVESTMENT PAYOUT. TAKING TOOO LONG!

My Mum has 4 investments with your establishments for 5 years .. she has passed away on the 10th of January 2021 and ever since then I have been given the run around by SBFC ( Sivenathi Loyilane) everytime i follow up i am being told he is waiting for the Wills department , I received a copy of the Will for the first time 16th of February 2021 when i contacted the Wills department (Aaieshah Samaai) she tells me she's waiting on Sivenathi ... This is a simple estate that has to be winded up but I am being told it would take 6 to 12 months! in the meantime we have expenses that is piling up ! This is not being given the necessary attention that it needs and in turn we as the family have to do a run around in trying to sort this out as fast as possible, this is NOT what was sold to my mom 5 years ago! furthermore i then had contact from Stanlib(Edwin Mokoena) stating he has not yet received any sort of claim documentation from Standard Bank.
