She doesn't know anything and is not helpful. I went to ask about an investment account she asks who told me about it why don't I go to ABSA. I get home complain about her everyone knows her and tell me I should not even go to standard bank. I refuse to stay away because of her bad service. If she can't deal with people she must stay home.
