Invalid e-mail addresses/communication channels
The e-mail address on the Standard Bank credit card statement does not work hence there is no way to communicate with Standard Bank re errors on the statement.
I raised a complaint to *** on 2-Oct-20 and got no acknowledgement/response to date.
